StepShot terms.

These plain-language terms describe use of the StepShot desktop application and optional Share service. No legal company identity is implied by this page.

Service availability

StepShot is provided as-is and may change, contain defects, or be interrupted. Pro billing and paid upgrades are not currently available.

Your content

You remain responsible for the workflows, instructions and screenshots you capture, export or publish. Only share content you are authorized to use, and inspect screenshots for confidential or personal information before publishing.

Public links

Publishing creates a link intended to be viewable by anyone who has it. You may unpublish a link while the service is available. Do not treat a public link as access-controlled storage.

Acceptable use

Do not use StepShot to publish unlawful, harmful, infringing or malicious material, interfere with the service, bypass limits, or attempt unauthorized access.

Local backups

Keep copies of important Guides and exports. StepShot services are not a substitute for your own backup and retention process.

Changes

These terms may be updated as StepShot develops. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.
